GST cares about it's customers

One important trait that separates GST from the competition is that they care about their customers. A lot of suppliers nowadays are completely disconnected from the customer service aspect of their business and leave the customer frustrated and annoyed. There aren't many issues that come up, but when they do, I expect to be taken care of in a professional manner. GST does exactly this, whether it's a warranty claim, concern, or simple return/exchange. This goes to show that we can all make money and still maintain customer satisfaction at the same time.
